About ATOM ATOM maintains and operates 19 bulk fuel terminals across Australia, specialising in managing all aspects of terminal activities for our customers ranging from the storage and handling of bulk liquid fuels to maintenance and engineering services.Formed in 2015, ATOM is owned by BP one of the largest oil & gas company's in the world and UGL a leading provider of end-to-end outsourced engineering, asset management, and maintenance services in Australia.Our priorities are simple: deliver safe, reliable and effective terminal operations, maintenance and engineering services for our customers wherever we operate.About the Role Our Terminal Movements Administrator role assists in managing and controlling administrative and system duties to ensure safe and efficient running of the terminal.Day to day you can expect to complete ongoing administration work, including procurement, purchase order and invoicing duties, monitoring stock and receipt, data analysis, manage staff and visitor inductions and site access, overseeing contractors ensuring they adhere to terminal operating rules, assisting with product movement throughout our Kwinana terminal, and more.About You Being a go-getter with a strong team-playing attitude is essential, as is a willingness to learn new things, great time management skills and solid organisational skills. An eye for continuous improvement is a big plus, as well having a understanding of various MS software programs.If you have previous experience in working in high-risk environments or in industries involving dangerous goods this is a big bonus, as safety is always our number one priority.
