You will play a key role in being the local HR contact and support to our management and team located in Kwinana and Kewdale. The role supports predominately an operations workforce and will work closely with the Head of Operations – Kwinana, and the Kwinana and Kewdale management team.The role will ideally suit someone who enjoys hands on recruiting and has interest in working directly with the business in developing & supporting initiatives and programs to build a culture of high engagement and high performance. You will partner with the business providing end to end recruitment including advertising, screening, face to face interview, organising and completing pre-employment checks, preparing contracts through to onboarding. Day to day tasks will see you:Create and manage talent pipelines for future roles.Provide first level HR advice and support (e.g policy interpretation, coaching managers in areas such as performance management, including underperformance, and leadership.)HR administration for the ATOM business.Respond and manage HR enquiries through the central HR inboxDelivering HR training programs and training coordination.Work with the HR team on HR projects including, policies, systems, training engagement initiatives that are fit for purpose and aligned to achieving the business objectives and assist with the communication of the policies and compliance requirements. About YouYou may be looking to make a lateral move from recruiting to a HR generalist role and would  still like to be on the tools and directly engaging with prospective ATOM employees.
