About the role
A rare opportunity has arisen to join the ATOM Leadership team as the Head of Operations Kwinana. The Head of Operations Kwinana is accountable for the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of ATOM Kwinana operations (being storage and handling of hydrocarbons, unloading and/or loading, into seaborne, road and/or rail transportation).
Working closely with key stakeholders and overseeing the leadership and direction of a relatively new operations team you will guide strategy, execution, and optimisation of the ATOM Kwinana Site.
It’s an exciting time to join the team as you oversee the continued optimisation and growth of operations, whilst ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with the BP renewable fuels business.
About You
Ideally you will be degree qualified, have an understanding of facility operations and maintenance. Experience with major hazardous facilities would be advantageous.
Your strong safety and risk management ethos will be coupled with demonstrated leadership capacity managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strategic by nature, but importantly proven ability to translate plans into actions.
