About ATOMFormed in 2015, ATOM is owned by BP one of the largest oil & gas company's in the world and UGL a leading provider of end-to-end outsourced engineering, asset management, and maintenance services in Australia.ATOM maintains and operates 20 bulk fuel terminals across Australia, specialising in managing all aspects of terminal activities for our customers ranging from the storage and handling of bulk liquid fuels to maintenance and engineering services.Our priorities are simple: deliver safe, reliable and effective terminal operations, maintenance and engineering services for our customers wherever we operate.About the Role Our Terminal Manager - Kalgoorlie is responsible for managing all aspects of safe and effective operations of the Kalgoorlie terminal, including its assets like the tank farm, rail unloading, and product handling including its movements around the terminal.A key component of this terminal site is working closely with rail, and this is a hands-on role requiring our Terminal Manager to be physically involved in day-to-day duties, including helping unload product from rail fleets.They help ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner with ongoing focus and regard to HSSE, reliability, efficiency, cost, stakeholder relationships, and customer service. The role also involves people management and development, supervision of day-to-day operational activities, and reporting.About YouYou will have some experience in a management or supervisor role requiring a performance based mentality, preferably in high risk industries (oil & gas, mining, etc.) and areas involving distribution, planning and supply. Being a go-getter with a strong team-playing attitude and great communication skills is essential, as is a willingness to learn new things, having great time management skills, and solid organisational skills.
