About the Role This is a rare opportunity to come on board and commence your journey with ATOM as we expand our operation and take over the management of BP’s fuel terminal in Kwinana. You will be joining a new diverse team of up to 40 people.As Site Manager â Operations, you will have the opportunity to be part of the journey help onboard the new team. We have been fortunate enough to build a highly multiskilled and experienced team from a broad spectrum of backgrounds who fit within the ATOM culture of inclusivity and diversity.The Site Manager will be leading, coaching, and developing staff undertake day to day operational activities, working collaboratively with the other Site Managers. You will be supported by an experienced Terminal Manager, and two other Site Managers to ensure the ensures that safe and reliable operations are maintained for optimal terminal performance in the areas of HSSEQ, efficiency, cost, stakeholder relationships and customer service.
