About the Role
The Site Manager will be leading, coaching, and developing staff and contractors to undertake day to day operational activities, working collaboratively with the other Site Managers. Supported by an experienced Terminal Manager, the Site Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Terminal operation, including the main tank farm, product movements in and out of the terminal and the road gantry.
The Site Manager ensures that safe and reliable operations are maintained for optimal terminal performance in the areas of HSSEQ, efficiency, cost, stakeholder relationships and customer service. The role will ensure the delivery of a cost-effective operation that will add value to ATOM as a bulk fuel storage and distribution link, ensuring that benefits to stakeholders and partners are maximised.
You will be practical, hands-on, safety conscious, and experienced in delivering efficient and value add outcomes.
ATOM takes great pride in developing it's people, therefore leveraging your people management skills. At the same time, you'll be working among an experienced network of people who will also assist you in developing your terminal management experience.
Previous experience within a high-risk environment or a transferable industry would be highly advantageous.
