We have a highly engaged workforce and our priorities are simple: deliver safe, reliable, and effective terminal operations, maintenance and engineering services for our customers wherever we operate.About the RoleWorking closely with operations, contractors and key customers, our Project Engineer provides project engineering and project management expertise into small-to-medium sized growth and maintenance projects for our terminal sites across Australia. They will be involved end-to-end from early development through to close-out, effectively managing all aspects of project deliverables throughout, while maintaining asset integrity and minimizing business interruption.Our Project Engineer reviews and challenges designs, costs, schedule, scope, engineering work, and execution plans to identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement.  They have experience in participating in weekly progress meetings, monitoring and reporting on project delivery (eg. cost, schedule & scope), the Gate Review and Approval process, FAT/SAT, construction review, commissioning sign-off, QA/QC checks and outcome validations.Undertaking interstate site visits and travel for 2-4 days at a time every 4-6 weeks (approx.) is an essential part of the role.About YouPreferably you have 3-5 years Project Engineering/Project Management experience where you have been involved in medium to complex projects, with demonstrated end-to-end involvement. This could include engineering consultancy, project management, and/or involvement in operations.It's important to have a strong safety and sustainability mindset, with working knowledge of Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis, Hazard/Risk Assessment, and basic understanding of OH&S regulations.You will be a self-starter, resilient, can work well autonomously as well as collaboratively, and preferably have a relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering (eg.
