We have a highly engaged workforce with 93% of employees proud to work at ATOM, based on our People Engagement Survey. Our priorities are simple: deliver safe, reliable, and effective terminal operations, maintenance and engineering services for our customers wherever we operate.About the Role Our Permit Coordinator is responsible for managing the safety of work conducted by our maintenance & project delivery partner and to assist the Site Managers to verify the effectiveness of safety barriers. This includes input into the development of maintenance and project plans, carrying out the ATOM permit to work processes, ensuring all aspects of work procedures are in place before work commences and works are safely managed and completed. The position requires a strong focus on safety leadership, and solid modelling and recognition of positive safety behaviours to help drive a strong and consistent safety culture on site.
